  The 33rd Joint Seminar of the Mississippi Claims Association and the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association is designed for lawyers in insurance defense litigation and for insurance claims personnel. This event is a unique opportunity to learn very practical skills benefiting both claims professionals and attorneys alike.

  This year we are offering free attendance for the first 50 claim handlers who register. The $150.00 attorney fee will cover continuing education credit, refreshments, lunch and reception. Registration fees are refundable until October 3, 2023. Substitutions within an organization are permitted but should be reported to the MDLA office as soon as possible.

  Attorneys will receive six hours of CLE (including 1-hour of ethics) through The Mississippi Bar. Six hours of CE Credit (including 1-hour of ethics) for Insurance Adjusters has been approved by the State of Mississippi Insurance Department.
