Organized in 1965, the MDLA is proud to sponsor this web site containing links and resources most frequently needed by members of the Mississippi Defense Bar and those involved in the Defense practice. The MDLA is a proud organization comprised of over 600 Mississippi defense attorneys practicing primarily in the defense of civil litigation in Mississippi State and Federal Courts. Our members include many of the state’s most prominent lawyers, both at a state and national level. The MDLA has historically sought excellence in profession and scholarship by the publication of its “Quarterly” magazine, and the sponsorship of various seminars and training schools and sessions throughout the year.
